Items marked as consumables are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any other item explicitly labeled as a consumable on our website.

Refunds or returns for consumables will not be entertained under any circumstances.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged or defective product. Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
